Q. Is your site secure? How can I pay for my order?
A. YES!!! Our site is 100% Secure. You can pay via Visa, Master Card, AE, Discover, debit card or you can choose to pay with your Paypal account.
Q. What does RUSH mean and what does the fee cover?
A. Rush means we put a rush on your order and will ship out within 24 hours of receiveing your CLEARED payment. It does NOT mean express, over night, or priority shipping. The only instant payment is Paypal. If you pay with a cc or debit card, it takes 24 hours for the payment to CLEAR once it is processed, so even though you get an email saying I received your order, or an email saying your card has been charged, it has not CLEARED on my end yet, it takes 1 business day for it to clear. Cloth Mama Pads, Corn Bags, Or any other custom made to order, orders can not be rushed as often times, cloth items need to be made and there typically is a short wait time on the sewing items.
Q. Do you have wholesale discounts?
A. We offer periodic sales on our merchandise and now offer weekly or
monthly coupons. Please see the home page for the coupon codes
Q. Do you have minimum purchase requirements?
A. No minimum purchase amount required.
Q. What if my order is out of stock?
A. Back orders are filled as fast as humanly possible. Sometimes things are already on order and other times we have to order them. MOST back ordered items are filled within 14 business days. We have the right to substitue equal value and closly matched items for unavailable items when it deems necessary. If the item can be closely matched in style, color, length, design then we will substitue it.
Q. What shipping Methods do you use?
A. We use USPS First Class or USPS Priority Shipping, USPS Express. We no longer ship via UPS. We are sorry for any inconvience this may cause.
Q. What does the shipping cost cover?
A. Shipping costs cover actual postage, Delivery Confirmation, and our shipping supplies. Please notify us if your order does not arrive within 21 business days once you have received your delivery confirmation number. Sat, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days. Currently orders shipped outside the US can not be insured. Any order that is MIA for at least 21 business days will be considered lost and will replaced or refunded at our discression.
Q. Why is there a handling fee ?
A. The handling fee helps cover insurance costs and claims.
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes ?
A. Yes we do.
Q. How soon will my paid order ship out?
A. All paid orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from receiving cleared payments.
Q. How long do back orders or a prepaid custom order take?
A. Back orders or prepaid custom orders usually only take 1-3 weeks to fill.

Q. What if there is a problem with my order?
A. Email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please give us your order number and your full name. Please tell us exactly what is wrong with your order. If an item is defective, we will replace it. If item we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will reship the correct order. We work very hard to make sure these mistakes do not occur but we are human and do occasionaly make errors, and sometimes the post office, yes the post office, destroys a package. Always email us with any questions or concerns.
Q. Do you have a catalog that you can mail out to me?
A. You can now print a catalog right from your own computer and printer. Simply click the "print catalog" link on the left hand side under the Home category (toward the bottom). You have to be on the home page for this to be seen.
NOTE*** ANY "REFUSED" order that is sent back without prior notification to us to receive a return authorization will result in STORE CREDIT minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping fee. No exceptions. We do NOT refund shipping charges.
